Reverse Health

Reverse Health is a health and fitness platform for women over 40, with personalised programmes spanning weight loss, pilates, yoga, and menopause support. I've led its frontend since 2023.

My biggest contribution is the quiz funnel engine. Funnels are how the business acquires customers, and they used to be one-off builds. I built a system that assembles dynamic funnels — yoga, wall pilates, keto, and more — from configurable steps, so the growth team can launch and reshape funnels without waiting on a rebuild.

On top of that I implemented A/B testing across the funnels, so every headline, step, and layout change is settled by data rather than debate. I also led the frontend revamp: refactoring, lazy loading, and efficient state management that cut load times by 50% and moved Core Web Vitals firmly into the green.

More recently I've been building the platform's AI features: retrieval-augmented (RAG) modules built with LangChain, grounded in the platform's own content rather than generic model output.
