Enwage

Enwage is a cloud HCM platform that puts hiring, HR, time tracking, and payroll in one system, so growing companies don't have to juggle five different tools. I lead development on several of its core modules.

My work has centred on the talent side of the product — the applicant tracking flow, automated employee onboarding, and interview scheduling — along with workforce features like time & attendance and PTO tracking.

It's a module-dense product, so the real engineering challenge is consistency: shared patterns, a common design system, and workflow automation that behaves the same whether you're approving a timesheet or a leave request.
